一、无论您是中国公民与否，无论何时、何地，无论您在社区做什么，您都不应当做出下面几条中任意一条。如有触犯，本社区会立即将您交送中国网警处理，并永久封号。
违反国家宪法所规定的基本原则的；
危害国家安全，泄露国家机密，颠覆国家政权，破坏国家统一的；
损害国家荣誉，损害国家利益的；
歪曲、丑化、亵渎、否定国家英雄烈士事迹和精神，以侮辱、诽谤（不限以上两种方式）侵害英雄烈士姓名、肖像、名誉、荣誉的；
宣扬恐怖主义，极端主义或煽动实施恐怖活动，极端主义活动的；
煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视、破坏民族团结的；
破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信的；
散布谣言，扰乱社会治安秩序和经济秩序的；
散播淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或教唆犯罪的；
侮辱或诽谤他人，侵害他人名誉、隐私等合法权益的；
国家地方法律法规禁止的内容；
泄露他人隐私，进行开盒、网络暴力、使用工具诱导他人查询对方手机号、身份证号、IP地址等行为。
二、无论如何，本社区都不建议您做出以下事宜，会受到相应处罚。
对蝶梦社区及承载其的蝶影云服务器进行爆破、撞库、DDos 或其他任何形式的攻击、窃取数据。
在蝶梦社区中，如果您恶意使用非中文发表违反社区公约的内容（真正的海外用户除外），将立即被封禁。
在社区的任何板块讨论敏感时政，敏感宗教信息；
在社区评论区、大社区内各个社区的帖子中、发表文章（及/或快讯）骂人并对他人的正常身心健康造成严重危害影响；
在社区任何地方发表引战、或其它严重破坏社区环境的文章、帖子、评论；
在任何社区板块、文章、快讯或社区文件中心泄露他人隐私，进行人肉搜索、网络暴力等；
在任何社区板块、文章、快讯或者去文件中心发表带有性别歧视，游戏等级歧视，爱好歧视等各类歧视的任何内容；
在评论区刷屏，发送「定海神针」，斗图等恶意占用社区空间等行为；
发送暴露的、含有性暗示或色情的图片；
发送影响恶劣的二维码，信息，视听文件（包括但不限于惊悚、违法、闪屏等）。
三、无论何时，请注意规避以下行为；当您初犯下述问题时，我们会给予警告，但我们也是有底线的。
频繁长时间讨论研究虚拟网络、暗网、翻墙、VPN等；
发送大量图像导致严重影响社区环境；
阴阳怪气的进行聊天并屡教不改；
过激的辩论、对线造成不良影响（若管理层与群众发生过激争吵被我们发现，则该管理人员将直接停职 3 天）；
不尊重同性恋者，不尊重特殊爱好者，不尊重他人在合法范围内的其他行为、爱好等权利（在社区内无论如何都要注意和谐，和谐！尊重他人的爱好，别人在合法范围内喜爱什么是他自己的事儿，咱不用管也管不着）；
对其他社区成员肆意攻击，在社区中进行私人问题争论吵架（有争论者请进入私聊争论）
社区成员/社区管理恶意冒犯另一位协助管理，包括但不限于恶劣和恶意侮辱，诋毁他正确的判断和执行，连续骚扰，对对方造成心里伤害的，立即被封禁18天（十八天后又是一条好汉）。
四、您在本社区活动需要知晓的事项
协助管理为社区大多事宜执行者及管理者，为社区成员服务，受社区成员监督。
协助管理及其内部成员位置并不是固定的，若其中有违反社区契约的行为出现，将进行全体通告并视情况惩罚；行为严重或造成恶劣影响的，经商议后永久撤销其社区地位、荣誉、权力。
公约中如有纰漏或错误，请您前往社区工单中提交反馈，经讨论后将进行修改。
如有公约建议，请您前往社区工单中提出，经七星讨论并确立后发布。
包括协助管理和全体成员在内的任何一名成员都应积极维护社区环境，遵守公约，做一名高素质、有礼貌、热爱团体的成员～
本社区公约对任何协助管理、社区成员具有普遍约束力。
请在发送图片，视频，音频，文字等信息时，再三检查是否有个人信息泄露的风险！保管好个人隐私信息，如若无视此规定导致在本社区发生隐私泄露，社区方面不任何责任。
在一些特殊场合或特殊时刻（例如国家公祭日等），为响应相关号召将进行全社区封禁（关闭）及相关行为。

The following community conventions may be adjusted according to the actual situation.

1. No matter you are a Chinese citizen or not, no matter when, no matter where, no matter what you do in the community, you should not do any of the following. If violated, this community will immediately send you to the Chinese network police processing, and permanent ban.
Violating the basic principles stipulated in the Constitution of the State;
Endangering state security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power or undermining national unity;
Those that harm national honor or national interests;
Distorting, defaming, desecrating or negating the deeds and spirit of national heroes and martyrs, or impairing the names, portraits, reputations and honors of heroes and martyrs by means of insult or slander (no limit to the above two methods);
Promoting terrorism, extremism or inciting the conduct of terrorist or extremist activities;
Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination or undermining ethnic unity;
Undermining the religious policies of the state and propagating evil cults and feudal superstitions;
Spreading rumors and disturbing public security and economic order;
Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism or abetting crimes;
Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon others’ reputation, privacy and other legitimate rights and interests;
Contents prohibited by national and local laws and regulations;
Disclose others’ privacy, open boxes, network violence, use tools to induce others to query each other’s mobile phone number, ID number, IP address and other behaviors.
2. In ANY CASE, THIS COMMUNITY DOES not recommend you to do the following things, will be punished accordingly.
Carry out DDos or other forms of attacks on Dehoing BBS and Dehoing Cloud Service Server to steal data.
Discuss sensitive political and religious information in any section of the community;
In the community comment section, each community within the larger community in the post, published articles (and/or express news) swear and cause serious harm to the normal physical and mental health of others;
Publish articles, posts or comments that lead to war or seriously damage the community environment in any place in the community;
In any community plate, article, news or community document center to leak other people’s privacy, human flesh search, cyber violence, etc.;
Post anything that is sexist, game-rated, hobbyist, etc. in any community section, article, newsletter or file center;
Scrolling in the comment section, fighting pictures and other malicious occupation of community space and other behaviors;
Sending explicit, sexually suggestive or pornographic images;
Send bad impact of two-dimensional code, information, audio-visual documents (including but not limited to thriller, illegal, flash screen, etc.).
3. At any time, please pay attention to avoid the following behaviors; When you first commit the following problems, we will give you a warning, but we also have a bottom line.
Frequent and long discussion on virtual network, dark web, wall climbing, VPN, etc.;
Sending a large number of images leads to serious impact on the community environment;
Chat in a strange way and never change;
Excessive debate, bad influence on the line (if the management and the public quarrel is found, the management will be directly suspended for 3 days);
No respect for homosexuals, no respect for special lovers, no respect for the rights of others in the legal range of other behaviors, hobbies, etc. (in the community by all means pay attention to harmony, harmony! Respect the hobbies of others, what they like within the legal scope is his own business, we do not have to do);
Wantonly attack other community members, have personal arguments and quarrels in the community (if you have arguments, please enter the private chat debate)
Community members/community management who maliciously offend another assisting management, including but not limited to vile and malicious insults, denigrating his correct judgment and execution, continuous harassment, causing psychological harm to the other party, shall be banned immediately for 18 days.
4. What you need to know about in this community
Assist management for most of the community matters executor and manager, for community members to serve, supervised by community members.

This community Convention is universally binding on any member of the community who assists in the administration.
Please double check whether there is a risk of personal information leakage before sending pictures, videos, audio, text and other information! Take good care of personal privacy information, if ignoring this regulation leads to privacy disclosure in the community, the community will not be responsible for any.
On special occasions or special occasions (such as national memorial days), community-wide shutdowns and related actions will be carried out in response to the relevant call.
